In such cases, a full refund will be issued if payment was already collected.
Customer Responsibilities You are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date shipping information at the time of purchase. Kiwaar is not liable for undelivered, lost, or delayed orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
Payments We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders must be paid in full upon delivery. If you wish to open and inspect the parcel before payment, you are required to pay the shipping fee in advance and notify Kiwaar prior to delivery. Refusal to accept a COD order upon delivery without prior notice may result in the customer being blacklisted from future purchases and held liable for any return shipping costs incurred.
Order Cancellations Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Kiwaar reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage if deemed necessary, with a full refund issued where applicable.
