At Kiwaar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility Window Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days will not be entertained.
Item Condition Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return or exchange. Tags are not required, however items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
Refunds & Exchanges Kiwaar offers both exchanges and refunds, subject to the following conditions:
- Delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable
- The customer must agree to any applicable deductions before the return is processed
- Kiwaar reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items before approving any refund or exchange
Sale Items Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are eligible for exchange only. No cash refunds will be issued on sale items.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Kiwaar will bear the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if defective). Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage
- Sale items (exchange only)
Refund Processing Once your return is approved and the item is received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
